Description

We are hiring for our client, a highly successful manufacturing organisation experiencing strong growth and continued investment. As part of this expansion, they are seeking a commercially minded Management Accountant to join their finance team. This Management Accountant role offers hybrid working, excellent flexibility, and the opportunity to play a key part in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision‑making across the business.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified or part‑qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent, with strong analytical ability and a passion for adding value.

• Preparation of monthly management accounts, analysis, and reporting
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing insight and challenge to senior management
• Partner with operational teams to support cost control, margin analysis, and performance improvement
• Assist with financial modelling to support strategic projects and growth initiatives
• Develop reporting dashboards to improve visibility of financial and operational performance
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies
• Support ad‑hoc financial analysis and project work as required

• Qualified or part‑qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent
• Experience with in industry, ideally manufacturing or a related environment
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret data and influence decision making
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving organisation
