• Drive sales and results by identifying opportunities to increase the store’s contribution, applying high‑standard layout and analysing reports.
• Ensure every customer receives a world‑class shopping experience, motivating the team to provide genuine service and up‑sell across all areas.
• Control costs and budgets – drive productivity by effectively managing payroll.
• KPI Reporting – track record of managing and delivering KPI’s and results.
• Require previous experience at a Store Manager or Senior Management level.
• Keep up to date with latest trends and styles, and visually execute the store to drive footfall and sales.
• Coach and develop an experienced, high‑performing team, providing training and self‑development opportunities.

The ideal candidate has managed a high team and turnover in fashion, footwear or accessories, is passionate about fashion retail and keen to manage a flagship store.
