Service Coordinator, AD WARRIOR
Location: Maidenhead
Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week (office based)
They are a small, friendly, locally run business providing a high-quality service to their clients. They have a mixture of domestic, commercial and industrial clients. Most of their work is carried out in the Maidenhead and Henley area.
Due to the Company’s continued expansion, they are currently looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable individual to join their small but busy office. The successful candidate must be a team player and able to work unsupervised.
The candidate must have excellent customer service skills, as you will be communicating with their customers by telephone as well as email and occasionally face to face. An excellent telephone manner is essential as you will also answer customer enquiries and schedule maintenance visits for their engineers.
Responsibilities- Answer basic technical questions (training will be supplied)
- Schedule service and maintenance calls for both commercial and domestic customers
- Schedule return visits and keep customers informed of any delays
- Create small works quotations on request
- Liaise with Service Manager and Office Manager with ongoing service issues
- Create call-out invoices and send to customers in a timely manner
- Handle general customer enquiries
- Company pension
