We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading water and wastewater engineering company based on site in Maidenhead. This is a senior-level role for a mechanically biased engineer with strong commercial and delivery experience within the water industry.

This position will suit someone who is confident managing projects from initial enquiry through to final delivery, including estimating, quoting, supplier management, and on-site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage water and wastewater engineering projects from concept through to completion.

Prepare accurate estimates and quotations for projects and customer requirements.

Review, manage, and negotiate supplier and subcontractor quotations.

Oversee project delivery on site, ensuring safety, quality, and timelines are met.

Act as the main technical and commercial point of contact for customers and stakeholders.

Coordinate engineering, production, installation, and commissioning activities.

Manage budgets, schedules, and project documentation.

Identify risks, implement solutions, and ensure continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience Required:

Proven Project Management experience within the water or wastewater industry (essential).

Strong mechanical engineering background.

Experience preparing estimates, quotations, and managing project costs.

Excellent understanding of mechanical systems, pumps, pipework, and treatment processes.

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver to tight deadlines.

Relevant engineering qualification preferred.
