• They facilitate and focus on providing ABA therapy to their student (Applied Behaviour Analysis) – an evidence based therapy

• You will be providing ABA therapy to the children (training is provided)
• You will facilitate a safe and secure environment for learning to take place
• You will encourage students to achieve the best they can academically, while also adding to their personal growth
• You will keep track of their academic achievements
• Have a good understanding of the importance of safeguarding

• Being kind, caring and compassionate
• Having a determination to make a difference in the lives of the students
• Be patient and willing to adapt your approach to meet the needs of the students
• Experience working with children and especially children with SEN will be advantageous but not essential
• You will need an enhanced DBS check, but don’t worry if you don’t have one, we can facilitate your application
