Financial Controller

What you’ll do

• Lead, develop and structure the Accounting Team
• Drive process improvements across monthly and annual reporting
• Oversee all UK reporting into both the UK business and group
• Manage cashflow, working capital and forecasting tools
• Lead statutory audit and ensure compliant reporting
• Strengthen controls, balance sheet integrity and financial governance
• Partner with payroll to ensure clean reconciliations
• Implement policy, systems and automation improvements
• Support M&A projects and financial due-diligence
• Lead a programme to simplify UK legal entity structures

• Experience leading a team up to 6
• Strong SAP knowledge
• Excellent grasp of UK & international accounting standards
• Proven track record in process, control and reporting improvements
• Able to influence and engage SLT, auditors and global stakeholders
• Comfortable leading through cultural change
• Spanish language skills at a professional working level — required
