This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established architectural practice who provide specialist design services to the residential and commercial sectors. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and talented Senior Architectural Technician to join their team in their Kent based studio.

• Lead on a range of projects from inception through to completion
• Prepare building regulations packages and submit planning applications
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Carry out site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance is achieved

• Relevant degree within architectural technology
• Significant post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience working across a range of sectors or sector specialist experience
• Job running experience
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
