About

The Role

We are looking for confident Healthcare Assistants to provide 1:1 overnight care to our expressive 8-year-old client in Harrietsham.

This client requires overnight monitoring and support with her tracheostomy, oxygen therapies, and enteral feeding, as well as proactive and friendly engagement. Whilst this client is non-verbal, she is very communicative and enjoys social interactions and story time with her staff.

Available shifts include

  • Week day night shifts
  • Weekend night shifts

You will ideally be able to commit to a minimum of 2 shifts per week, and will have the opportunity to meet and work alongside other clients supported by the company.

About

The Role

Unity Care Solutions provides complex clinical healthcare services to children and vulnerable adults within the comfort of their own homes.

You will work with a small number of our clients to provide dedicated and professional healthcare services.

Regular shifts of various lengths are available across the company Monday to Sunday, up to 12 hours in duration. You will be required to commit to regular work to support our clients to access consistent and high-quality care.

The client would particularly like to meet people who:

  • Have at least six months’ experience of complex care, ideally with knowledge of tracheostomy care
  • Are good communicators, with experience in non-verbal communications

To be successful, you will:

  • Have a minimum of one year’s experience of complex / paediatric care
  • Be able to commit to the minimum availability of shifts
  • Hold the right to work in the UK. Please note that we are unable to offer VISA sponsorship.
