Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a CPN to work with an NHS Trust in Kent. This full-time locum position is based in a South London, with proposed working hours of 37.5 hours a week – Monday to Friday . The role is set to begin ASAP and will last for 3 months offering an hourly rate of £27 Per Hour.

Please note that this position is inside IR35.

• Adhere to the NMC registration and revalidation requirements.
• Adhere to the trust's policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Support and uphold Trust values in behaviour and practice.
• Assess, act on and report any safeguarding concerns.
• Promote health and wellbeing and encourage self-care, helping people to make choices about their needs and involving carers where appropriate.
• May be required to manage, administer medications and monitor their effects.
• May be required to carry out duties relevant to the community care depot and clozapine clinics.

• Mental health community experience.
• Driver with access to a car.
• Older Adult experience in a similar role.
• Ability to reliably commute to Maidstone; there is no working from home.
