• Develop and maintain networking solutions with a focus on routing and switching technologies
• Create and maintain product configurations and documentation
• Ensure solutions are scalable and stable through deep-dive lab testing
• Handle complex technical support issues via 3rd-level incident management escalations
• Strong understanding of Internet and networking protocols
• Proficiency in Routing and Switching protocols, SNMP, and security protocols
• Experience with monitoring systems and RADIUS protocol
• Knowledge of Mikrotik, Ruckus, SD-WAN (desirable)
• Familiarity with firewalls, VPN technologies, and scripting (desirable)
