Role OverviewThe Heating Engineer maintains and repairs domestic heating and hot‑water systems across our client portfolio, ensuring systems operate safely, efficiently and meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out service and maintenance works on a variety of domestic properties across the region.
- Deliver high levels of customer care and maintain quality standards with clients and tenants.
- Communicate work updates and complete required paperwork electronically and manually.
- Adhere to Health & Safety requirements, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and COSHH records.
- Manage stock ordering and auditing procedures to keep relevant parts available.
- Valid gas qualifications: minimum CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR
1. - Availability for out‑of‑hours evening and weekend cover on rota basis.
- Friendly, professional attitude fostering strong client and tenant relationships.
- Completion of criminal and reference checks prior to starting work.
