HRGO Recruitment Ashford is looking for reliable Production Operatives to join a busy production and logistics company located on the outskirts of Maidstone. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a production or warehouse background looking for stable, long-term work with the potential to progress into a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:- Moving stock in the production line
- Labelling and packing finished products
- Following instructions from team leaders and supervisors
- Willingness to get involved in heavy lifting
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse settings preferred
- Drives due to location of role
