We’re recruiting two Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing site in Marden, Kent, supporting a fast-moving, mission-led consumer brand that’s shaking up the household products market. What’s the role all about?

As a Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for running and monitoring production machinery to ensure output targets, quality standards and safety requirements are consistently met.

This is a practical, shop-floor role where attention to detail, teamwork and reliability really matter.

You’ll be responsible for:

Operating and monitoring production machinery

Carrying out basic machine set-ups, adjustments and checks

Ensuring products meet quality standards

Identifying and reporting faults or issues quickly

Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area

Supporting changeovers and production flow

Working closely with team leaders and colleagues to meet daily targets

Following all Health & Safety and site procedures
You’ll play a key role in keeping production running efficiently and safely.

What you’ll need

To be successful as a Machine Operator, you’ll bring:

Previous experience in a manufacturing, production or machine operating role

A strong work ethic and positive, team-focused attitude

Good attention to detail and quality awareness

Ability to work to targets in a fast-paced environment

Basic mechanical awareness and confidence using machinery

A strong commitment to Health & Safety
Full training will be provided — the right attitude is just as important as experience.

Hours & Pay

£34,281 per annum

45 hours per week

Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 5:00pm
