Fruit Packer – Lean Vision
We are looking for Fruit Packhouse Operatives to work at Lean Vision’s large fresh fruit packing and distribution sites in Kent, UK.
Roles and Responsibilities- Sorting / packing fresh fruit as per required specification
- Basic quality checks and quality assurance of fresh fruit
- General packhouse duties, including some lifting of fruit boxes
- No previous experience required – training will be provided
- Ability to work up to 12 hours per shift in a chilled environment
- Willingness to travel to/from sites (postcode ME174BA
or ME99PR
)
- Flexible schedule – 3 to 4 shifts per week, 12 hours each
- Weekly pay (Fridays, in arrears)
- Paid induction/training

Immediate start – no experience needed. Salary £12.71 – £13.21 per hour ((tabular: day / night).
