We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen team. In this role you will champion standards, support the Head Chef, manage a team and deliver consistently high‑quality food while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

As a Sous Chef you will be offered up to £38,000 plus TRONC.

• Hold a senior chef position in a premium pub or restaurant
• Communicate with guests and team
• Use fresh and seasonal produce consistently
• Motivate and lead the team by example
• Maintain excellent kitchen organization and operation
• Know kitchen numbers and manage inventory
• Ensure HACCP, COSHH and Food Safety compliance

• Previous management level experience in a premium hospitality business
• Excellent food and drink knowledge
• Understanding of financial targets and how to achieve them
• Own transport required
