Key Responsibilities

Planning and cooking healthy, balanced meals and snacks.

Following care home menus that meet the residents dietary requirements.

Catering for allergies, special diets, (IDDSI) and cultural preferences.

Maintaining high food hygiene and safety standards at all times.

We'd love to hear from you if you:

Have experience working as a Relief Chef or Cook in a care home or similar environment.

Hold an Enhanced DBS (current or on the update service).

Possess a Level 2 Food Hygiene and Food Allergen Certificate.

IDDSI training certificate.

Health & Safety Certificate
