We’re looking for a talented Senior Sous Chef to join the culinary team at a leading events company and visitor attraction in Maidstone. With a stunning on‑site restaurant and exciting pop‑up dining experiences throughout the year, this is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and ambitious chef to showcase their skills in a dynamic environment.

As Senior Sous Chef you’ll work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences across our restaurant, event spaces and seasonal pop‑ups. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high kitchen standards, leading the team, and ensuring every service runs smoothly.

• Oversee daily kitchen operations across multiple outlets
• Support and develop a passionate brigade of chefs
• Maintain excellent food quality, presentation and hygiene standards
• Assist with menu creation, stock control and cost management
• Deliver consistency across restaurant service, events and pop‑up activations

• Proven experience as a Sous or Senior Sous Chef in a quality‑led kitchen
