Are you an Account Manager who loves building relationships, solving problems, and keeping customers happy?
We’re looking for an Account Manager who’s organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering great results across sales, purchasing, and customer service.
What you’ll be doing
* Managing customer enquiries, quotations, and orders from start to finish
* Liaising with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and on-time delivery
* Supporting the sales team to develop and implement proactive growth strategies
* Handling multiple responsibilities – sales, purchasing, and order management – with accuracy
* Always putting Customer First and representing the business professionally as a trusted Account Manager
About you
* Previous experience as an Account Manager or similar sales-focused role
* Background in Electrical Wholesale, Building sectors is ideal
* Positive, motivated, and confident under pressure
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
* Passionate about teamwork, customer satisfaction, and business growth
