Sales Manager

We are currently looking to recruit a full-time Sales Manager to assist in helping promote our rapidly growing websites. Previous sales experience would be an advantage however the right candidate will be considered.

The role will be office based in Maidstone where you will be responsible for generating sales by targeting local businesses by telephone. The position requires someone with huge drive, ambition and confidence in their abilities.

We have five county leading Job boards which have been established for over twenty years.

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and outgoing sales person, with passion and drive to succeed to join the team in Maidstone town centre.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of :

• Converting sales
• Dealing with a high volume of outbound calls
• Achieving targets
• Account management

In return we offer a competitive basic with uncapped commission, as well as team days out to celebrate a successful month.

Applicants must be confident and able to build rapport at Manager and Director level.
