Salary & Benefits- £30,000 base salary
- OTE £85,000+ (top performers earn £70,100)

- Work towards weekly and monthly sales targets
- Handover the job to our account manager after the sale
This role is ideal for someone who loves meeting people, enjoys autonomy, and wants to earn a high income.
Essential Qualifications- Solar experience (mandatory; training provided)
- Previous sales experience (any industry, solar preferred)
- Comfortable speaking with customers face‑to‑face
- Motivated by high earnings
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Full UK driving licence
- Confident, positive, professional attitude
- In‑home sales experience
- Experience in renewable energy, home improvements, car sales, telecoms, financial sales, roofing, or utilities
- Solar system fundamentals
- How to calculate savings & ROI for customers
- Objection handling
- High‑closing scripts
- On‑site shadowing & coaching
- Personal development & weekly skills training
