Salary£60k‑£70k OTE (Commission uncapped)
Responsibilities- Attend‑site meetings with merchants booked by the SDR team; demo Flatpay solutions and close contracts (75% of signings).
- Generate own pipeline from referrals and cold canvas (25% of signings).
- Present tailored solutions that address specific merchant needs to secure deals.
- Deliver and install terminals to newly signed merchants and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM system.
- Uphold ethical selling standards and champion customer satisfaction post‑sale.
- Provide feedback and insights to SDR, marketing, and product teams to strengthen go‑to‑market execution.

Skills & Attributes- Highly motivated with proven talent for identifying opportunities and closing sales
- Excellent face‑to‑face communication, negotiation and objection handling
- Self‑starter, resilient and motivated by commission and results
- Organised and disciplined with territory planning and pipeline forecasting
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with SDR and ops teams
- Experience in B2B field sales with proven quota attainment (payments industry experience not required) preferred
- Experience selling to SME owners
- Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle, with flexibility to travel regionally as required (mileage reimbursed; no car allowance)
