I am recruiting for a Financial Services company who are hiring an App Developer (.NET focused) to work on their mobile application using .NET MAUI.

As an App Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business‑critical applications that align with strategic objectives. Your work will encompass incident resolution, service request management, and participation in key business projects. This role offers the chance to contribute to meaningful initiatives within a forward‑thinking environment.

• Design, develop, and support business applications using modern, efficient technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and produce comprehensive documentation.
• Provide guidance to non‑technical users during implementation and usage phases.
• Maintain accurate records within Microsoft Azure Dev Ops.
• Support and enhance existing and new applications.
• Contribute to Agile Scrum‑based delivery processes.
• Work collaboratively with contractors and partners within an extensible team model.
• Deliver training and demonstrations to end users.
• Develop reusable technical design patterns and uphold best practices.
• Mentor new team members and third‑party staff on technical standards.
• Review technical designs and assist with testing activities.
• Prepare handover and development documentation for IT teams.

• Solid experience developing applications with C# and .NET (ideally 5+ years), including related technologies such as Entity Framework.
• CI/CD
• SQL Server (including SSIS)
• Experience creating cloud‑based solutions (preferably on Microsoft Azure), including Function Apps and Message Bus.
• Agile

They are open to once a month in their Maidstone based office OR remote for the right candidate with occasional visits.
