Responsibilities- Melakukan tugas utama bagian customer service
- Melakukan penagihan untuk account yang belum melakukan pembayaran atau sudah jatuh tempo
- Reminder konsumen untuk pembayaran tepat waktu
- Menjelaskan resiko keterlambatan pembayaran
- Negosiasi dan memberikan solusi terbaik bagi
- Pengalaman di bidang Customer Service minimal 1 tahun
- Dapat mengoperasionalkan komputer
- Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan, cekatan, dan rapih dalam bekerja
- Bersedia bekerja dengan Shift
- Bersedia di tempatkan di Seluruh Indonesia
- Pendidikan minimal SMA
- Memiliki kendaraan pribadi min.motor dan SIM C aktif
