AI-Native Fullstack Developer; Rapid MVP Delivery

We are seeking an AI Native Fullstack Developer to own the end-to-end architecture and delivery of rapid MVPs. This role exists to design, build, and ship production-quality AI-powered products within weeks—not months.

You’ll pilot and push the limits of modern AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.), turning ideas into working products quickly and reliably. This is a highly technical, hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, balancing pragmatism with precision.

• Architect Lean MVPs:
  Design fast, minimal stacks using React/Next.js, Supabase/Firebase, and serverless/edge environments.
• Lead Delivery:
  Break projects into milestones, oversee Front-End development, review pull requests, and maintain delivery velocity.
• AI-First Implementation:
  Use prompt-driven coding to scaffold and refactor AI-generated code to production standards.
• Rapid Diagnosis & Testing:
  Implement early-stage logging, tracing, and error tracking (e.g., Sentry) alongside smoke, end-to-end, and contract tests.
• Integrations:
  Build and maintain integrations for third-party APIs, authentication systems, and BaaS features (RLS, triggers, edge functions).
• Quality Control:
  Maintain a “good enough for MVP” standard for performance, accessibility, and security—knowing when to raise the bar.

• Week 1–2:
  Complete architecture documentation and deploy a running skeleton (auth, data, and 1–2 core flows) with basic logging and smoke tests.
• Week 3–4:
  Deliver a functional MVP used by real users, with major bugs resolved in hours, not days.
• Ongoing:
  Maintain a stable architecture enabling Front-End developers to build and release confidently within your guardrails.

• Proven ability to ship multiple web apps or MVPs in 2–6 week delivery cycles.
• Strong proficiency in Type Script, React/Next.js, Node.js, and solid understanding of SQL and Postgres (Supabase/Firebase).
• Hands-on experience with serverless or edge architectures and lightweight CI/CD pipelines (Vercel, Cloudflare, Git Hub Actions).
• AI-native builder:
  Demonstrated experience using Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot to scaffold, debug, and refactor code efficiently.
• Strong debugging instincts—skilled in logs, traces, and structured prompts to isolate and resolve issues rapidly.

• Experience with React Native/Expo for cross-platform development.
• Familiarity with Prisma or Drizzle ORM.
• Experience implementing authentication (Clerk/Auth0) and payment systems (Stripe).
• Knowledge of analytics and event tracking tools such as Post Hog.
• Pragmatic and execution driven, able to balance speed and quality effectively.
• Technically hands-on, comfortable jumping from architecture decisions to debugging in production.
• Curious and AI-native, uses AI tools as creative accelerators, not replacements.
• Communicative and accountable, keeps stakeholders informed while shipping fast.
