Location: Kota Malang
We are seeking a Finance, Accounting and Tax Supervisor to oversee day-to-day financial activity at a branch operation in Malang. You will guide the team, check supporting information, and coordinate with head office and Sales to keep transactions and reporting data accurate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESControl petty cash, collection receipts, supplier payments, and operating disbursements.
Supervise daily finance and accounting work, coordinate priorities, and review the accuracy of team outputs.
Prepare data and documents for monthly financial consolidation reporting at head office.
Prepare PPh 21 and Unifikasi data for head-office tax reporting.
Provide supporting financial data and documentation for internal and external needs.
Coordinate with Sales to ensure sales transactions are invoiced and electronic invoices are issued.
WHAT YOU WILL BRINGA bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or a relevant field.
At least three years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and tax-related work.
SAP knowledge is essential, together with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience handling accounting, daily financial activity, and taxation tasks.
Experience managing a finance or accounting team, with the ability to organise work and review accuracy.
Good analytical and communication skills, including communication in Bahasa Indonesia.
PREFERREDStronger knowledge of Indonesian taxation and English comprehension are advantages.
