Ordering Shipment
- Melayani order Walk in Customer
- Membantu order/create Air Will Bill (AWB) untuk customer Personal atau potensial
- Menjelaskan detail layanan Paxel
- Menjelaskan terkait tarif, berat & volume
- Detail prosedur pengiriman
- Memberikan detail informasi coverage area
- Mengarahkan komplain customer ke sistem customer service Paxel
- Menggali informasi potensi customer walk in dan menginformasikan leads potensi kepada Branch Head
- Membantu first respon customer yang Walk In, dan berkoordinasi dengan Branch Officer dalam penanganan paket yang mengalami kendala.
- Memandu customer menyampaikan komplain ke sistem customer service
- Membantu proses serta prosedur claim untuk customer potensial
- Membantu serta menangani detail laporan barang rusak dan atau hilang
- Membantu Branch Head me-monitoring tactical commercial program yang berjalan
