Injection Moulding Setter - Night Shift

Location:

Maldon area
Salary: £35,000 + Shift Premium

Hours:

Monday to Thursday, 17:30 - 07:30 (4 x 12-hour shifts)

We are looking to recruit an experienced Injection Moulding Setter to work on a permanent night shift for a leading manufacturing business?

This is a great opportunity for an Injection Moulding professional with experience in tool setting and machine set-ups-especially within the medical device or cleanroom sectors.

Set up injection moulding machines and perform tool changes with minimal downtime
Support production efficiency on the night shift by ensuring optimal machine performance
Start up machines using pre-defined setting sheets or stored data
Adjust and maintain ancillary equipment (mould heaters, conveyors, dosers, etc.)
Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
Ensure line clearance and material batch traceability, especially for medical device production
Perform basic machine maintenance tasks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Requirements:

Proven experience as an Injection Moulding Setter
Experience in medical device manufacturing or cleanroom environments (desirable)
Ability to work independently on a night shift schedule
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using inspection tools and working to tight quality standards
Competent in MS Office and written communication
