E-Commerce Junior Delivery Manager

Overview

As our Junior Experience Delivery Manager, you will be a valued member of the Digital Delivery team, reporting to the Senior Experience Delivery Manager. You will support Squads in coordinating and assisting with digital projects, working closely with cross‑functional teams. You will help ensure smooth project delivery and effective communication, always with guidance from senior colleagues.

• Support requirements gathering:
  Help collect and clarify project briefs, ensuring they meet digital team needs. Assist with updating stakeholders and planning teams as needed.
• Assist with planning:
  Work alongside your Squad and Product Owners to organise and maintain project backlogs, follow change management processes, and highlight planning risks.
• Communicate and report:
  Help prepare and share project updates with teams and leadership, escalating risks in collaboration with senior team members.
• Support production:
  Make sure projects follow established delivery processes, take part in retrospectives, and help the Squad stay on schedule.
• Manage stakeholders:
  Keep stakeholders informed on project status, working closely with the Senior Delivery Manager to manage expectations.
• Facilitate collaboration:
  Help organise and run Squad meetings, ensuring efficiency and clear documentation of outcomes.
• Deliver digital campaigns:
  Contribute to the delivery of digital assets, web pages, third‑party retail content, and eCRM.

• Experience driving digital asset production
• Hands‑on familiarity with content management systems and project tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience supporting cross‑functional teams and managing stakeholders

• Exposure to digital or design studios
• Experience assisting technical teams
• Understanding of Agile ways of working or Scrum methodology
