- Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, corridors, and all communal areas, ensuring they meet hygiene and company standards.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, carpets, furniture, fixtures, windows, and surfaces to maintain a tidy and organized environment.
- Empty trash bins, segregate waste appropriately, and dispose of garbage in line with environmental and safety protocols.
- Replenish essential consumables such as soap, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning liquids, and other hygiene supplies.
- Identify and promptly report any maintenance needs, damages, safety risks, or irregularities to the supervisor for timely action.
- Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including the correct use of cleaning chemicals and protective equipment.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cleaning storage area and ensure all tools and materials are stored safely.
- Assist in periodic deep cleaning tasks, such as mattress turning, curtain washing, floor polishing, and disinfecting high-traffic zones.
- Support the overall well-being of residents by helping create a clean, orderly, and comfortable living environment.
