About the Role We're looking for a motivated Accounts Assistant to join a small, collaborative finance team that's moving towards a more digital and streamlined way of working. This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety, ideal for someone with a few years' experience who wants to develop their skills and grow within a supportive and established business.

Key Responsibilities

Manage purchase ledger and sales ledger tasks
Handle credit control and maintain strong customer relationships
Assist with bank reconciliations and general ledger postings
Support month-end processes and reporting
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations
Contribute to process improvements and system upgrades
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in an accounts or finance role
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills for internal and external liaison
Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
