As a Trainee Butcher, you’ll be an essential part of our production team—supporting the preparation of meat products across departments including main butchery, slaughter, primal, and middle debone. This is an ideal opportunity for someone ready to learn and build a future in the food industry.

Shift times are Monday to Friday,  or  depending on department.

• Learn and develop butchery skills through hands-on training and mentoring
• Support meat preparation tasks across multiple production areas
• Follow strict hygiene, quality, and safety standards
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets
• Embrace continuous improvement in all aspects of your work

This role is perfect for individuals who are eager to learn and develop new skills.

Previous experience is not required – full training will be provided whilst earning £35,318 per year.
