Production Operative

We are recruiting Production Operatives to join our busy and growing team. In this role, you’ll be a key part of the production line—working efficiently to ensure our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on opportunity to develop your skills and build a long-term career with one of the leading names in the food industry. This is a full time permanent opportunity with overtime available.

Hours of work will be Monday - Wednesday 06:30
-18:30.

• Verify product specifications (size, weight, colour).
• Adjust machine settings for different products.
• Report faults in products / machinery to team leader.
• Process meat products.
• Pack and label goods.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness procedures.
• Adhere to Health & Safety rules.

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently to meet targets
• Comfortable working independently and within a team
• Good understanding of health & safety practices
• Patience and consistency for repetitive tasks
• Self-motivated and adaptable to change
