Data Entry Specialist for Declaration and Customs Clearance (MUST BE FLUENT IN GERMAN)

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and processing customs declarations and documentation for our clients.
• Inputting customs data into our German software systems.
• Communicating with clients in German via phone and email.
• Requesting necessary information and documents from clients in German.
• Ensuring that all received documents are complete and accurate.
• Advising clients on customs regulations and procedures.
• Issuing quotations and price offers for our German-speaking clients.
• Handling client inquiries and correspondence in German.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree, ideally from a German-speaking country or in German language.
• Previous experience as a customs declarant, freight forwarding and logistics services clerk, or in data entry.
• Fluent in German (Mandatory).
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Familiarity with customs software and relevant processes.
• Minimum 1 year in Logistics.

As a part of our Customer Service team at PURE PROGRESS, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, helping them with inquiries, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues with professionalism and care.

As a Data Entry Specialist in our Customs Clearance team, you’ll be responsible for accurately entering and managing shipment information and regulatory documents. Your role is essential in ensuring compliance with customs regulations and streamlining the clearance process.
