, is seeking a Director of Sales to drive strategic growth across Europe.

This organisation delivers vertically integrated solutions from early-stage design and development through moulding, automation, clean-room assembly, and full lifecycle support. They partner with top OEMs and scale new product introductions with speed, precision, and regulatory excellence.

• Lead and execute European commercial strategy to expand OEM and medical device customer base
• Identify new opportunities within drug delivery, diagnostics, surgical devices, life sciences, and consumables
• Build C-suite and senior engineering relationships, influencing design-for-manufacture solutions
• Collaborate with global operations, engineering, and program management teams
• Deliver sustainable revenue growth and support multi-site manufacturing capability

• Deep experience in injection moulding for medical or regulated markets
• Strong track record in enterprise sales, strategic account development, and solution selling
• Ability to lead high-value, multi-stakeholder deals
• Based anywhere in Europe with travel flexibility
