• Balance and audit all Front Office postings and settlements.
• Verify that all departments have posted all their revenues.
• Verify, monitor, and review all hotel reports and night audit reports.
• Be responsible for month‑end deadlines and schedules.
• Respond to Credit Card Charge Backs from Network International and American Express and to all Credit Card inquiries.
• Reconcile Credit Card commissions on a daily basis.
• Reconcile the food and beverage point‑of‑sale system for each outlet with the PMS system and record and adjust entries where necessary.
• Monitor front‑office rebates, review and balance rebates, payouts, miscellaneous charges, and staff charges in the PMS, ensuring that each account is properly authorized and has relevant explanations.
• Review F&B voids to verify authorization and adequate backup information.
• Prepare the “daily operational package” that is routed to the GM, Controller, F&B Director, and Revenue Director.
• Follow up on and report any notes raised by signatories.
• Assist with month‑end closing and subsequent analysis of bank accounts and other balance‑sheet accounts as directed by the Accountant.
• Prepare month‑end income journal entries according to policy and using standard templates.
• Assist the General Cashier with surprise float counts.
• Report any problems or discrepancies to the Audit Supervisor/Accountant daily.
• Act as replacement for the Audit Supervisor in his/her absence.
• Complete various other accounting tasks and duties as required by accounting management.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in income auditing or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in financial management software, including Sun System, Opera, Micros, and Vision.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.
• In‑depth knowledge of accounting principles, auditing procedures, and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with various departments and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in financial practices.
