Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our FY team. You will be the backbone of our daily financial operations, ensuring that our records are accurate, our vendors are paid on time, and our financial reporting is seamless. • Project Accounting: Manage billings for various creative campaigns, ensuring all agency fees and third-party costs are captured.
• Payables & Receivables: Track client payments and manage payments to our media partners, printers, and freelancers.
• VAT Management: Handle Bahrain VAT filing and ensure all tax invoices are compliant with N  (National Bureau for Revenue) standards.
• Budget Tracking: Assist Account Managers in tracking project budgets to ensure our campaigns stay profitable.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare weekly cash flow reports and monthly profit/loss statements for management.

• Experience: 2+ years in an accounting role.
  Agency experience is a huge advantage as you'll understand "billable hours" and "media markups."
• Software: Proficiency in MS Excel is a must. Experience with accounting software (Xero, Quick Books, or Zoho Books) is preferred.
• Knowledge: Solid understanding of Bahrain’s VAT laws and general accounting principles.
• Personality: You should be someone who can talk to both a creative designer and a bank manager with equal ease. High attention to detail is non-negotiable!
