We’re hiring a Customer Service Lead to join our growing team.

This role will be responsible for leading and mentoring the customer service team, ensuring high service standards, and continuously improving the customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Leading and supervising the customer service team
  • Handling escalations and complex customer issues
  • Monitoring performance, KPIs, and service quality
  • Improving processes, scripts, and customer journeys
  • Coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer related issues
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer service leadership role
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage teams and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in E-commerce is a plus
