Responsible for effectively managing the front desk by handling the in-coming traffic of visitors and telephone calls while displaying best in class customer service.

  • Ensure that the telephone is answered to within three rings
  • Pleasantly greet all the callers and filter all the incoming calls.
  • Direct all the calls to the right people/extensions.
  • Convey the message clearly and informatively.
  • Provide best customer service to all visitors coming in to the office.
  • Guide them to the right people without having to wait for long.
  • Negotiate and obtain best corporate rates from courier companies.
  • Judiciously use the suppliers for various services.
  • Effectively handle all incoming and outgoing documents, parcels and information.
  • Ensure the safely and cleanliness of the reception area.
  • Manage the reservations for the meeting rooms
  • Execution of other projects/tasks assigned from time to time
