Responsible for effectively managing the front desk by handling the in-coming traffic of visitors and telephone calls while displaying best in class customer service.
- Ensure that the telephone is answered to within three rings
- Pleasantly greet all the callers and filter all the incoming calls.
- Direct all the calls to the right people/extensions.
- Convey the message clearly and informatively.
- Provide best customer service to all visitors coming in to the office.
- Guide them to the right people without having to wait for long.
- Negotiate and obtain best corporate rates from courier companies.
- Judiciously use the suppliers for various services.
- Effectively handle all incoming and outgoing documents, parcels and information.
- Ensure the safely and cleanliness of the reception area.
- Manage the reservations for the meeting rooms
- Execution of other projects/tasks assigned from time to time
