Conduct daily scheduled Pavement Inspections (Runway, Taxiways & Aprons) as defined in the Preventive Maintenance Schedule and SOP’s to meet regulatory requirement. Using Radio Telephony communications with Air Traffic Control
Conduct schedule inspections of all car parks, perimeter fencesand execute all preventive and corrective maintenance on time
Supervise works execution, ensure quality control, conduct on-site measurement for works completed by contractor/subcontractors in Airside .
Conduct Runway Friction Tests on scheduled frequency and prepare the friction report.
Utilize Avi Plan software to create aircraft allowance charts, design aircraft stands and support in design compliance
Prepare inspection reports; update Maximo andother recordas needed for each inspection (Daily, Monthly & Quarterly).
Initiate corrective and remedial action to rectify deficiencies noted or reported on Airside
Prepare cost estimates for corrective maintenance and project works, raise work requests to contractor
In case of Emergency, respond on time, 24/7
Keeping record of survey as built,updating the data using GPS survey, including the usage of Autocad to update the existing civil drawings.
Maintain stock details and coordinate with contractor and with warehouse department in day-to-day basis.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEEducation / Qualifications
Experience
5 years work experience in a similar position
Work experience preferably in the field of Facility Management and / or Airport.
