Metrics and Data Analyst- Engineering Training

Sayres is seeking a Metrics and Data Analyst
- Engineering Training in Bahrain with Secret Clearance verifiable in DISS.

The Engineering Training Analyst will support Commander Naval Surface Squadron Five (CNSS-5). CNSS-5 is the executive agent for the readiness (man, train, and equip) of 10 Patrol Craft (PC) and 4 Mine Countermeasure (MCM) ships forward deployed in Bahrain.

• Provide training for hull, mechanical, and electrical (HM&E) systems and assistance for all ships reporting to CNSS-5.
• Manage project lead's schedule and associated power point presentations for:
  Engineering Class room and practical training (MOB
  
  E), Damage Control Classroom and practical training (MOB
  
  D), Damage Control Material Assessment (DCMA), Engineering Focused LTT (Limited Training Damage Control Focused (LTT), Engineering Critical Program Management, Engineering Non-Critical Program Management, NAVOSH Program Management, Gas Free Engineering, Damage Control Program Management, Engineering Safety Precautions, Maintenance and Material Management (3M), Readiness Events (RE2, RE5, RE6, RE7), and Material Inspections (MI).
• Maintain a references repository, and qualification process for all assigned CNSS-5 N44 training personnel.
• Report status and challenge areas for individual ships. Determine root causes for common training challenges and make recommendations improvement.

• Eight years of naval shipboard military experience
• Eight years of Naval engineering experience
• Proficient in technical skills using Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and Power Point
• Detailed knowledge and expertise of Naval administrative and correspondence policies, instructions and regulations required
• High School Diploma required, associate's degree preferred.
