Job Description b Mission statement Hitachi Ltd is seeking a talented Electrical Engineer to contribute to the design development and testing of innovative electrical systems and components This role involves applying electrical engineering principles to create robust and efficient solutions across various Hitachi product lines

How will you make an impact

• Design simulate and analyze electrical circuits power systems and control systems for new and existing products
• Develop detailed electrical schematics wiring diagrams and component specifications
• Perform calculations and simulations to ensure system performance reliability and safety
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers software engineers and project managers throughout the product lifecycle
• Conduct testing debugging and validation of electrical hardware and integrated systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during development production and field deployment
• Research and evaluate new technologies components and methodologies to enhance product capabilities
• Prepare technical documentation including design specifications test plans and reports
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and safety regulations

Your Background

• Bachelor s or master s degree in electrical engineering or a related field
• Experience in electrical design and development preferably in a relevant industry e g power systems industrial automation automotive electronics
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals including circuit theory electromagnetics and control systems
• Proficiency with electrical CAD software e g Altium Designer OrCAD Eagle for schematic capture and PCB layout
• Experience with simulation tools e g SPICE MATLAB Simulink
• Familiarity with various electrical components sensors and actuators
• Knowledge of safety standards e g UL CE and regulatory requirements
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
