Chief Technology Officer

We are looking for a seasoned technology leader with a strong background in Financial Product Management or Tech Product Management to lay the foundation of our Product and Technology Department. This individual will play a crucial role in driving the technology vision, strategy, and execution for our platform, incorporating fintech solutions, AI-powered learning, and scalable product-led growth.

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of leading product development from concept to execution, with expertise in software development, UX, data security, AI-driven innovation, and financial technology products. They will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, ensuring iterative development through user engagement, and setting up an efficient tech stack that supports automation and scalability.

• Define and implement the end-to-end technology strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Lead the transition from an edtech platform to a fintech-integrated learning ecosystem.
• Evaluate and implement AI-driven innovations to enhance user experience and learning pathways.
• Oversee the product roadmap, technology architecture, and infrastructure for scalability, security, and performance.
• Build and manage a high-performance technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and agility.

• Own the product development lifecycle from ideation to execution, ensuring seamless feature rollouts.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, UX/UI, and marketing teams.
• Ensure the platform is user-centric, data-driven, and optimized for conversion.
• Implement data-driven decision-making, using A/B testing, user insights, and analytics.
• Oversee the development of membership automation, including renewals, onboarding, and payment integration.

• Drive the integration of fintech solutions, including digital payments, investment tools, and financial learning modules.
• Leverage AI and machine learning for personalized content recommendations and automated learning paths.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, data privacy laws, and cybersecurity standards.

• Establish and optimize IT infrastructure, cloud architecture, and Dev Ops practices.
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity with strong security protocols.
• Develop policies for data privacy, cybersecurity risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee third-party tech vendors, API integrations, and strategic partnerships.

• Act as the public-facing technology leader, representing the company in conferences, partnerships, and investor discussions.
• Stay ahead of emerging technology trends and leverage them for competitive advantage.
• Build strong relationships with investors, stakeholders, and strategic partners to drive technology-driven business growth.

• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, product management, or software development (preferably in Fin Tech, EdTech, or SaaS).
• Proven track record in building and scaling technology products from MVP to enterprise-level solutions.
• Expertise in full-stack software development, cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure), and Dev Ops.
• Strong understanding of financial technology, payment processing, digital wallets, and investment platforms.
• Experience in AI/ML implementation, automation, and data analytics for user personalization.
• Proficiency in SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle), Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep knowledge of UX/UI and their impact on conversion, engagement, and retention.
• Expertise in cybersecurity best practices and regulatory compliance (GDPR, PCI DSS, SOC 2, etc.).
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Financial acumen, including budget management, cost optimization, and ROI-driven decision-making.
• Ability to mentor, recruit, and lead a high-performing technology team.
