Our client is hiring an experienced Temenos T24 Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in the T24 Security Module and Product Setup. The role requires deep functional understanding of banking processes and technical knowledge of T24/Transact to ensure secure, compliant, and accurately configured core banking operations. The consultant will translate business requirements into technical delivery, support audits, and handle both configuration and troubleshooting tasks.

• Act as SME for T24 Security Module.
• Design, configure, and implement RBAC, User Profiles, User Groups, and Entitlements (USER.PROFILE, USER, USER.GROUP, PGM.FILE).
• Configure permissions, transaction limits, and authorization workflows aligned with regulatory and internal controls.
• Conduct regular security audits and compliance reviews.
• Provide L3 support for complex security issues and recommend solutions.

• Lead product setup and parameterization across:
  • Lending/Loans (Arrangement Architecture mandatory).
  • Deposits/Accounts (current, savings, fixed deposits).
  • Retail/Customer (customer and limit setup).
  • System Controls (COB, Period End, charges/commissions).
• Convert detailed business requirements into functional/technical specs.
• Develop and execute test cases; support UAT for new product configurations.

• Conduct gap analysis and propose optimized T24-based solutions.
• Liaise between business units, functional teams, and technical development.
• Prepare FSDs, TSDs, SOPs, and user manuals.

• 5+ years techno-functional experience with Temenos T24/Transact.
• Strong hands-on expertise in T24 Security Module configuration.
• Proven experience in T24 product setup and multi-module parameterization.
• Mandatory experience with Arrangement Architecture (AA).
• Understanding of retail, corporate, and treasury banking processes.
• Technical familiarity with TAFC/TAFJ, jBase, OFS, and integration technologies.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Experience in Bahrain or GCC banking sector.

• Temenos certification (preferred).
