• Work in an agile software development environment, developing quality and scalable software solutions using leading‑edge technologies.
• Develop code consistent with quality standards, support testing cycles, and assist with post‑production deployment.
• Use appropriate tools to test and debug code and participate in peer code reviews.
• Collaborate with cohorts for training and learning about Citi’s culture, tools, processes, and technical skills.

• Graduating between Dec 2025 and May 2026
• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for innovation
• Global outlook and willingness to collaborate across cultures
• Excellent communication, project management, leadership, and attention to detail
• Ability to pass technical interviews with basic algorithmic programming exercises
• Experience or interest in agile methodologies (preferred)
