MS DYNAMICS CRM (Techno/Functional consultant)- MS CRM:
Administration - Configuration change as needed
- Custom Developed components management and code review
- Development including but not limited to screens, reports, plugins, etc.
- Systems upgrades and patching.
- Manage system integrated/developed on MS CRM:
- SMS system
- 3rd party CRM Mobile App Server
- Custom developed application on CRM
- Client statements online system
- Client Statement Batch processing integrated with core banking running on Oracle DB.
- SQL DB
- Act as SQL DBA
- Manage MS SQL and Oracle DB integrated
- Reporting Services (MIS Reporting)
- Report development and modification
- Development in general.
- Project management related to his area.
- End user support.
