Program Overview
Kick off a 10‑week Summer Analyst Program in mid‑June with intensive training on the Analyst role’s fundamentals, Citi culture, on‑desk development, speaker series, and networking opportunities. Summer Analysts frequently return to Citi after graduating to become Full‑Time Analysts and continue their technology careers.

Core Responsibilities
Your time here will look something like this:

• Automate, configure, and optimize manual activities, repetitive processes, reporting, and controls.
• Continuously improve system resiliency and reliability through design and development of software solutions and streamlined processes.
• Collaborate with Developer Services engineers to automate manual and repetitive processes, enhance system resiliency, and coordinate service issue investigations by deploying best practices.

Global Exposure
Work in globally scoped projects with cross‑functional teams and gain insights into how technology drives the financial sector worldwide.

Qualifications

• Graduating between Dec 2026 and July 2027.

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or other tech‑related degree.

• Basic understanding of technologies, including programming languages (Linux, Python, C++, Java), application development, relational databases.

• Problem solver who thrives on innovation and enjoys tackling challenges head‑on.

• Global outlook and willingness to collaborate across cultures and time zones.

• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well within diverse teams.
