Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 (L1) support via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system
- Log, track, and update incidents in a help desk/ticketing tool
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist users with password resets, login, and access issues
- Support Windows OS, MS Office, and common business applications
- Perform basic system setup and software installation
- Follow IT policies, procedures, and security standards
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to L2/L3 support teams
- Provide courteous and professional customer service.
