About Uni Global Consultancy

Uni Global Consultancy Services WLL is an independent management and technology consulting firm specializing in ERP advisory, digital transformation, governance, risk management, internal controls, and large‑scale enterprise system implementations across the GCC. Uni Global typically operates as an independent advisor, implementation oversight partner, and quality assurance authority for complex ERP and AI‑enabled transformation programmes.

Role Overview

Uni Global Consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and govern complex ERP implementation and digital transformation engagements in high scale and scope. The Project Manager will be responsible for end‑to‑end project governance, vendor coordination, timeline and cost control, risk management, and stakeholder alignment, while ensuring strict adherence to approved scope, quality standards, and contractual commitments.

This role requires strong experience in managing multi‑branch ERP implementations, vendor‑led delivery models, data migration programs, UAT governance, and enterprise‑level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

A. Project Governance & Delivery Oversight

  • Lead end‑to‑end ERP implementation projects including planning, design, development, dependencies, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in coordination with business stakeholders.
  • Establish and manage project governance frameworks, including steering committees, review forums, and escalation mechanisms.
  • Ensure alignment between client expectations, vendor commitments, and Uni Global’s advisory responsibilities.
  • Monitor adherence to scope, timelines, deliverables, and contractual obligations.
  • Conduct regular project review meetings and steering committee updates.
  • Ensure data migration, system configuration, UAT, and go‑live activities are executed smoothly.
  • Monitor and control project risks, issues, and change requests.

B. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary interface between the client, ERP vendor(s), and Uni Global’s internal teams.
  • Review and validate vendor deliverables including SRS, architecture documents, configurations, reports, and implementation plans.
  • Challenge vendor assumptions, estimates, and proposed timelines where required.
  • Facilitate joint workshops, validation meetings, and decision forums.
  • Manage vendor performance, SLAs, and deliverables.

C. IT Consultancy & Advisory

  • Understand client business processes and recommend IT solutions and process improvements.
  • Support requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.
  • Assist clients in ERP optimisation, enhancements, and system integrations.
  • Provide advisory support for IT controls, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

D. Scope, Risk & Change Management

  • Maintain and control the approved scope baseline; prevent scope creep.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and constraints; maintain a live risk and issue register.
  • Assess the impact of change requests on cost, timeline, and quality, and guide commercial and contractual discussions.
  • Ensure risks related to data migration, UAT, cybersecurity, and multi‑branch rollout are proactively managed.

E. Process, Data & UAT Oversight

  • Oversee process review, SOP standardisation, and internal controls validation activities.
  • Supervise UAT planning and execution, ensuring adequate coverage of critical business scenarios.
  • Coordinate sign‑offs for BRD, UAT, Go‑Live, and Stabilisation phases.
  • Validate data migration readiness, reconciliation approach, and migration cycles.

F. Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare and present clear project status reports covering progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions required.
  • Ensure timely and structured communication with senior management and executive sponsors.
  • Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, action trackers, and approval records.
  • Guide and coordinate functional consultants, developers, testers, and support staff.
  • Mentor team members and promote a collaborative project culture.
