Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Factory Director to lead our manufacturing operations in Manama, Bahrain. This is a full‑time, on‑site position where the selected candidate will oversee all aspects of manufacturing management, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring teams, optimizing production processes, maintaining strict quality control, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The Factory Director will collaborate closely with design and product development teams to align production with corporate goals and customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Effective leadership and team management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven expertise in production planning and management
- Strong skills in quality management and ensuring adherence to craftsmanship standards
- In-depth knowledge and experience in manufacturing processes and operations
- Exceptional organizational, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Experience in fine jewellery manufacturing and design is highly valued
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
