The Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section according to the highest standards.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in your section at all times.
  • Assist in menu planning and development under the guidance of senior chefs.
  • Monitor stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Train and mentor junior team members when required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high‑end restaurant or hotel.
  • Culinary diploma or equivalent certification.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
